Aligned with the cycles and seasons of nature, we practice an abundance mindset, acknowledging that all resources are regenerative if cared for and cultivated well. This speaks to our own energy as well. 

Being "In The Green" means letting go of hustle culture and instead bringing a sense of ease and joy back into the work we do. It means having greater impact, not by doing more, but by designing systems that imitate the way nature operates. It means designing systems with reciprocity, restoration and rest woven throughout.
