After 20 years as a nonprofit fundraiser, Kendra was depleted. Years of unrealistic expectations, unmanageable workloads, limited resources, understaffed teams, and toxic board behavior threatened to drive her away from a career that she truly felt was her calling. She was more successful than she'd ever been- exceeding goals and making an impact- but her passion was eroded. She couldn't operate in these broken systems any longer. She believed that we could do good, differently.
She set out to design a framework to support non-profit leaders and fundraisers who dedicate their lives to change-making.
Her own burnout led her to seek respite in nature. As she slowed down, she noticed how ecosystems supported abundance. She wondered, "Could we design our work as nature intended? As thriving ecosystems instead of lifeless machines?"
That is what she's done. Her Regenerative Fundraising framework guides nonprofit leaders to redesign fundraising structures, cultivating regenerative resources and weaving restoration, rest, and reciprocity into their systems.
There is a better way. We call it being "In The Green."

Let's Measure What Matters, Together.
Most fundraisers have been taught that it's "all about relationships." We definitely believe that relationships are at the heart of this work. But we also know that data is an important part of a successful fundraising system. That's why we believe in data-informed relationship building. Data, used wisely, can deepen relationships and help you curate your community. We want to see every organization utilizing their data to make sound decisions. And yet, what we often find is leaders who are under-utilizing their database, if they are using it at all. If you're afraid to even log into your database, don't worry. We can help you create the systems you need to measure what matters.
Growth Requires Stable Structures
Strong fundraising and marketing blooms from the sturdy branches of an organization's infrastructure. We know how important it is that you have the right systems and structures in place before you begin launching new fundraising initiatives, campaigns and events. We can help you get the right team in place, design systems, optimize technology, prioritize and create the stability that allows your fundraising to grow and flourish.
